Self-referral Process
SEND A MESSAGE
Patient to provide a brief description of the health issue as well as email address via our WhatsApp.
Submit consultation form
Patient will be sent a patient assessment questionnaire as well as registration form to complete and submit back for review
Time of consultation provided
A consultation time will be provided to the patient after a review of received forms are completed.
Conduct consultation
A virtual consultation form will be held at the set time provided
Pay Invoice
Post consultation, an invoice will be sent to patient to pay the consultation fee
Private prescription
Private Rx (if required) is issued on clinical need & safety. This can either be issued to patient’s pharmacy of choice or to an-line pharmacy who can deliver the Rx to the patient.
Records
Your records are stored securely on our system.
Local GP
A summary of your consultation can be shared with your local GP with your consent.
